✅ Answer: Pay attention to the following narrations:

1⃣عَنِ الرِّضَا عَنْ آبَائِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِیُّ بْنُ أَبِی طَالِبٍ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا یَعْرِضُ أَحَدُکُمْ نَفْسَهُ لَهُنَّ وَ هُوَ صَائِمٌ الْحَمَّامُ وَ الْحِجَامَةُ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ الْحَسْنَاءُ.

📚 Uyun Akhbar al-Rida, Vol. 2, p. 39

Imam Reza, peace be upon him, narrated from his forefathers that Amir al-Mu’minin, peace be upon him, said: There are three things that none of you should expose yourselves to while fasting: the bathhouse, bloodletting, and a beautiful woman!

2⃣ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَدْخُلُ الْحَمَّامَ وَ هُوَ صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ مَا لَمْ یَخْشَ ضَعْفاً.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 4, p. 109

It was asked of Imam Baqir, peace be upon him, whether a person who is fasting may enter the bathhouse. The Imam said: As long as he does not fear weakness or exhaustion, there is no problem!

3⃣عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ أَبِی حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَدْخُلُ الْحَمَّامَ وَ هُوَ صَائِمٌ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 4, p. 109

Abu Basir says: I asked Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, about a person who enters the bathhouse while fasting; the Imam said: There is no problem!

✅ Based on the above narrations, for a fasting person who does not fear weakness or exhaustion, going to the bathhouse poses no issue. However, someone who fears becoming weak or exhausted has been discouraged from going to the bathhouse while fasting. Generally, in the narrations, bathing has not been listed among the things that invalidate a fast.
