Answer
✅ Answer: Numerous supplications and prayers for fulfilling needs are mentioned in Shia narrations. Here, two are briefly presented:
1 Mu’awiya ibn Ammar says: Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said to me without preamble: O Mu’awiya, do you know that a man came to Amir al-Mu’minin (peace be upon him) and complained about the delay in the fulfillment of his supplication? Amir al-Mu’minin (peace be upon him) said to him: Why are you negligent of the quickly answered supplication? The man said: What is the quickly answered supplication? He said: Say:

✅ Instead of 'kaza wa kaza' at the end of the supplication, mention the specific need.
2 Abdul Rahim says: I visited Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) and said: I have devised a supplication! The Imam said: Spare me your invention! When a problem arises for you, seek refuge in the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family), perform two rak’ahs of prayer, and gift it to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family). I said: How should I do this? He said: Perform a ritual bath (ghusl), then pray two rak’ahs like an obligatory prayer (with its takbirs) and recite the tashahhud as in an obligatory prayer. After completing the tashahhud and saying the salaam, say:
Then go into prostration and say forty times:
Then place your right cheek on the ground and recite the same supplication forty times, then place your left cheek and recite it forty times. Then raise your head, extend your hands, and say it forty times again. Then turn your hand toward your neck, beseech while moving your index finger, and say it forty times. Then take your beard with your left hand, weep or make yourself appear as if weeping, and say:
Meaning: O Muhammad, O Messenger of Allah, I complain of my need to Allah, to you, and to your righteous Ahl al-Bayt (I express my need to Allah, to you, and to your Ahl al-Bayt), and through you, I turn to Allah for this need.
Then go into prostration and say:
‘Ya Allah, Ya Allah’ until your breath falters, then say:
(Instead of ‘kaza wa kaza,’ mention the specific need.)
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: I guarantee on behalf of Allah that he will not leave that place until his need is fulfilled.

3 The 13th supplication of Sahifa Sajjadiyya, the Prayer of Ja’far, Ziyarat Ashura, seeking intercession through the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and especially persistence and insistence in supplication, hold a special place in Shia narrations for the fulfillment of needs.
