1 حَکِیمُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ بَکْرِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْهُ قَالَ: إِذَا أَتَیْتَ الرِّضَا علیه السلام عَلِیَّ بْنَ مُوسَی فَقُلْ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی عَلِیِّ بْنِ مُوسَی الرِّضَا الْمُرْتَضَی الْإِمَامِ التَّقِیِّ النَّقِیِّ وَ حُجَّتِکَ عَلَی مَنْ فَوْقَ الْأَرْضِ وَ مَنْ تَحْتَ الثَّرَی الصِّدِّیقِ الشَّهِیدِ صَلَاةً کَثِیرَةً نَامِیَةً زَاکِیَةً مُتَوَاصِلَةً مُتَوَاتِرَةً مُتَرَادِفَةً کَأَفْضَلِ مَا صَلَّیْتَ عَلَی أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْلِیَائِکَ

Amr ibn Hisham narrated from one of our companions from the Imam (peace be upon him) that he said: 'When you go to Ali ibn Musa al-Reza (peace be upon him), say:

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی عَلِیِّ بْنِ مُوسَی الرِّضَا الْمُرْتَضَی الْإِمَامِ التَّقِیِّ النَّقِیِّ وَ حُجَّتِکَ عَلَی مَنْ فَوْقَ الْأَرْضِ وَ مَنْ تَحْتَ الثَّرَی الصِّدِّیقِ الشَّهِیدِ صَلَاةً کَثِیرَةً نَامِیَةً زَاکِیَةً مُتَوَاصِلَةً مُتَوَاتِرَةً مُتَرَادِفَةً کَأَفْضَلِ مَا صَلَّیْتَ عَلَی أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْلِیَائِکَ

✅ In the book 'Bihar al-Anwar,' quoting from 'Kamil al-Ziyarat,' the word 'taammah' is mentioned instead of 'namiyah.'

2 Abu Muhammad Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Abid said: 'I asked my master, Abu Muhammad, Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him), on his way to Samarra in the year 255, to dictate to me the blessings upon the Prophet and his successors. I brought a large piece of paper with me, and the Imam dictated to me without looking at a book and said: 'Write:'

✅ Prayer and blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family): ...

Until he said:

صلاة و درود بر عَلِیِّ بْنِ مُوسَی الرِّضَا عَلَیْهِ السَّلَام :

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی عَلِیِّ بْنِ مُوسَی الرِّضَا الَّذِی ارْتَضَیْتَهُ وَ رَضِیتَ بِهِ مَنْ شِئْتَ مِنْ خَلْقِکَ اللَّهُمَّ وَ کَمَا جَعَلْتَهُ حُجَّةً عَلَی خَلْقِکَ وَ قَائِماً بِأَمْرِکَ وَ نَاصِراً لِدِینِکَ وَ شَاهِداً عَلَی عِبَادِکَ وَ کَمَا نَصَحَ لَهُمْ فِی السِّرِّ وَ الْعَلَانِیَةِ وَ دَعَا إِلَی سَبِیلِکَ بِالْحِکْمَةِ وَ الْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ فَصَلِّ عَلَیْهِ أَفْضَلَ مَا صَلَّیْتَ عَلَی أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَوْلِیَائِکَ وَ خِیَرَتِکَ مِنْ خَلْقِکَ إِنَّکَ جَوَادٌ کَرِیمٌ.
