Answer
✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:
Amir al-Mu'minin (prayers of Allah be upon him) wrote to Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr: 'O servants of Allah! After death, it is harder than death for one who is not forgiven! Beware of the grave from its narrowness, its darkness, and its loneliness. Indeed, the grave says every day: 'I am the house of loneliness! I am the house of dust! I am the house of terror! I am the house of worms and insects!' And the grave is a garden from the gardens of Paradise or a pit from the pits of Hell....'
✅ According to many narrations, one of which was mentioned, one of the terrors of the grave is the terror of the grave. For salvation from the terror of the grave, three narrative actions are introduced:

Imam Sadiq (prayers of Allah be upon him) said: 'Whoever says (one hundred times a day):
Allah, the Almighty, the All-Powerful, will protect him from poverty, make the terror of his grave familiar, bring him self-sufficiency, and knock on the door of Paradise!'

Imam Baqir (prayers of Allah be upon him) said: 'Abu Dharr (may Allah have mercy on him) stood by the Ka'bah and said: 'I am Jundub ibn Sakan!' So the people gathered around him and he said: 'If one of you intends to travel, he prepares a provision that is useful for the journey, so for the journey of the Hereafter, do you not want what is useful for you?!'
A man stood up and said: 'Guide us!'
Abu Dharr said: 'Fast on a very hot day for the Day of Resurrection and coming back to life after death!'
'And perform a Hajj for great matters!'
'And perform two rak'ahs of prayer in the darkness of the night for the terror of the graves!'
'And a good word that you say or an evil word that you remain silent from, or a charity from you to a poor person, with which it is hoped that you, O wretched one, will be saved from the difficult day....'

Sa'id ibn Janah said: I was with Imam Baqir (prayers of Allah be upon him) in his house in Medina. So the Imam said without preamble: 'Whoever completes his bowing, no terror will enter upon him in the grave!'
✅ To clarify the meaning of completing the bowing, refer to the first hadith of the following post:
