Answer
✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said regarding a person who intentionally breaks his fast for one day of Ramadan without an excuse: 'He should free a slave, or fast for two consecutive months, or feed 60 poor people. If he cannot, he should give charity to the extent he is able!'
📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 4, p. 207
Mashriqi says: I asked Abu al-Hasan (peace be upon him) about a person who intentionally broke his fast on some days of Ramadan, what is the expiation upon him? The Imam wrote: 'Whoever intentionally breaks his fast for one day of Ramadan, it is upon him to free a believing slave and also fast for one day in its place!'
✅ In the above narrations and others, it is clear that a fasting person is forbidden from submerging his head in water, and it has no permissibility. In some narrations, such as narration 6, it is considered one of the things that invalidate the fast, and in narrations such as 7 and 8, expiation and a make-up fast are specified for a person who intentionally commits acts that invalidate the fast without an excuse. Therefore, for intentionally submerging one's head under water, expiation and a make-up fast are established.
✅ Although in one narration in 📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 4, p. 209, the make-up fast for a fasting person who intentionally submerges his head under water is waived, due to its contradiction with other general narrations, its agreement with the majority of the public, and its opposition to precaution, its attribution to the Imam is rejected, and in the case of submerging the head under water, we will perform expiation and a make-up fast.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may Allah bless Muhammad and his pure family.
