📚 Al-Kafi Vol. 3, p. 310

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'The Takbirs in the five obligatory prayers are 95 Takbirs, which include the 5 Takbirs of the Qunut!'

📚 Al-Tahdhib Vol. 2, p. 87

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: 'In a day and night, there are 95 Takbirs for the prayers, among which are the Takbirs of the Qunut!'

📚 Al-Kafi Vol. 3, p. 321

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'When you want to prostrate, say the Takbir...'

📚 Al-Kafi Vol. 3, p. 320

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'When you want to perform Ruku' and Sajda, raise your hands and say the Takbir, and then go into Ruku' and Sajda!'

5 Hammad ibn Isa describes the prayer of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) and says:

meaning: 'Then the Imam raised his head from the prostration, and when he was fully upright, he said: 'Allahu Akbar' and said: 'Astaghfirullaha Rabbi wa atubu ilayh (I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, and I turn to Him in repentance),' then in the same seated position he said the Takbir and went into the second prostration!'

📚 Al-Faqih Vol. 1, p. 300

📚 Uyun al-Akhbar Vol. 2, p. 113

Imam Ridha (peace be upon him) said in a narration: 'Indeed, there is no obligatory Takbir in prayer except for the Takbirat al-Ihram....'

✅From the above narrations and others, it is clear that in the total obligatory prayers, which are 17 rak'ahs, there are 95 Takbirs, which is 'Allahu Akbar', consisting of:

Takbirat al-Ihram

Takbir before going into Ruku'

Takbir after rising from Ruku' when going into Sajda

Takbir after raising the head from the first Sajda

Takbir when going into the second Sajda

Takbir after raising the head from the second Sajda

Takbir before the Qunut

The total of the above Takbirs in the five obligatory prayers of the day and night becomes 95 Takbirs, and according to narration 6, only the Takbirat al-Ihram is obligatory, and there is no other obligatory Takbir in the prayer besides the Takbirat al-Ihram.

✅The six Takbirs that are a tradition in narrations to be said along with the Takbirat al-Ihram are a separate matter and do not belong to these 95 Takbirs. They and their supplications can be studied in the following link:
