✅ Answer: First, we remind our brother of these few narrations:
1 عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَدَّاحِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ الدُّعَاءُ تُرْسُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَ مَتَی تُکْثِرْ قَرْعَ الْبَابِ یُفْتَحْ لَکَ.
📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 2, p. 467
Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: 'Supplication is the shield of the believer, and whenever you knock on the door a lot, it will open for you!'
2 عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِیزِ الطَّوِیلِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ إِذَا دَعَا لَمْ یَزَلِ اللَّهُ تَبَارَکَ وَ تَعَالَی فِی حَاجَتِهِ مَا لَمْ یَسْتَعْجِلْ.

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'Indeed, when the servant supplicates, Allah, the Blessed and Most High, is always in his need as long as the servant does not rush!'
3 عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّه قَالَ: لَا يَزَالُ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِخَيْرٍ وَ رَجَاءِ رَحْمَةٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَا لَمْ يَسْتَعْجِلْ فَيَقْنَطَ وَ يَتْرُكَ الدُّعَاءَ قُلْتُ لَهُ كَيْفَ يَسْتَعْجِلُ قَالَ يَقُولُ قَدْ دَعَوْتُ مُنْذُ كَذَا وَ كَذَا وَ مَا أَرَى الْإِجَابَةَ.

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'The believer is always in good and hope for mercy from Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, as long as he does not rush and hurry, and as a result, he falls into despair and gives up the supplication!'
Abu Basir said: 'I said to Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): 'How does he rush and hurry?' He said: 'He says: 'I have been supplicating from such and such a time, and I have not seen an answer!''
✅ So never let despair enter your heart and continue to supplicate and do not give up, and although many things can be done for relief and opening, in this brief text, we introduce three ways to be saved for a person who has reached the limit of his patience and ability in difficulties:
4 Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'When a matter reaches you that reaches the limit of your ability and power, then prostrate on the ground and say:
یَا مُذِلَّ کُلِّ جَبَّارٍ یَا مُعِزَّ کُلِّ ذَلِیلٍ قَدْ وَ حَقِّکَ بَلَغَ مَجْهُودِی فَصَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ فَرِّجْ عَنِّی

5 Abd al-Rahman ibn Kathir said: 'I complained to Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a trial that had befallen me;'
The Imam said: 'O Abd al-Rahman! When you have performed the Isha prayer, perform two rak'ahs of prayer and then place your right cheek on the ground and say:
یَا مُذِلَّ کُلِّ جَبَّارٍ وَ مُعِزَّ کُلِّ ذَلِیلٍ قَدْ وَ حَقِّکَ بَلَغَ مَجْهُودِی
The narrator said: 'I did not say this except for three nights until relief and an opening came to me!'

Prayer for severe difficulty
4 مُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُمَرَ گوید : من و إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ و دَاوُدُ بْنُ کَثِیرٍ الرَّقِّیُّ و دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَحْیَلَ و سَیْفٌ التَّمَّارُ و مُعَلَّی بْنُ خُنَیْسٍ وَ حُمْرَانُ بْنُ أَعْیَنَ نزد امام صادق صلوات اللَّه علیه بودیم که در این حال مردی به نام إِسْمَاعِیلُ بْنُ قَیْسٍ الْمَوْصِلِیُّ وارد شد و ما در حال سخن گفتن بودیم و امام صادق صلوات اللَّه علیه در سجده بودند.
When the Imam raised his head from prostration, he looked at him and said: 'What is this sorrow and sighing of yours?' He said: 'I swear by your right that I have reached the end of my rope and my chest has become constricted!'
The Imam said: 'Why are you heedless of the prayer of needs?' He said: 'May I be sacrificed for you! How do I perform it?' He said: 'When it is Thursday, after the sun has risen, perform ghusl and go to your place of prayer and perform four rak'ahs of prayer (i.e., two two-rak'ah prayers) and in each rak'ah recite Al-Hamd and the Surah 'Inna Anzalnahu Fi Laylatil Qadr' ten times. Then when you give the salutation, say a hundred times:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
Then raise your hands towards the sky and say ten times: 'Ya Allah'
Then move your index finger and say 'Ya Rabb, Ya Rabb' until your breath is cut off. Then open your hands and raise them to your face and say ten times: 'Ya Allah, Ya Allah' and then say:
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'Say this supplication several times (perform this action several times).'
یَا أَفْضَلَ مَنْ رُجِیَ وَ یَا خَیْرَ مَنْ دُعِیَ وَ یَا أَجْوَدَ مَنْ سَمَحَ وَ أَکْرَمَ مَنْ سُئِلَ یَا مَنْ لَا یَعْزُبُ عَلَیْهِ مَا یَفْعَلُهُ یَا مَنْ حَیْثُ مَا دُعِیَ أَجَابَ أَسْأَلُکَ بِمُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِکَ وَ عَزَائِمِ مَغْفِرَتِکَ وَ أَسْأَلُکَ بِأَسْمَائِکَ الْعِظَامِ وَ بِکُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَکَ عَظِیمٌ وَ أَسْأَلُکَ بِوَجْهِکَ الْکَرِیمِ وَ بِفَضْلِکَ الْعَظِیمِ وَ أَسْأَلُکَ بِاسْمِکَ الْعَظِیمِ الْعَظِیمِ دَیَّانِ الدِّینِ مُحْیِی الْعِظَامِ وَ هِیَ رَمِیمٌ وَ أَسْأَلُکَ بِأَنَّکَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَنْ تُصَلِّیَ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَنْ تَقْضِیَ لِی حَاجَتِی وَ تُیَسِّرَ لِی مِنْ أَمْرِی فَلَا تُعَسِّرَ عَلَیَّ وَ تُسَهِّلَ لِی مَطْلَبَ رِزْقِی مِنْ فَضْلِکَ الْوَاسِعِ یَا قَاضِیَ الْحَاجَاتِ یَا قَدِیراً عَلَی مَا لَا یَقْدِرُ عَلَیْهِ غَیْرُکَ یَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِینَ وَ أَکْرَمَ الْأَکْرَمِینَ
The narrator said: 'One year later, we were in the house of Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), when suddenly Dawud entered upon us and took out a bag from his sleeve and said: 'This is five hundred gold dinars that have become obligatory upon me due to your blessings (as khums), and because of the good you taught me, the Lord has granted me an opening!'
Shaykh Tusi added that the man said: 'I had a debt owed to me by a person, and he had withheld it from me and had even sworn an oath before a judge about it. I did not perform this prayer more than three times until he came to me and brought me the money that he owed me and asked me to absolve him from not paying the debt, and I did so!'
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'Give thanks to your Lord, and let no one distract you from the worship of your Lord, and inquire about the well-being of your brothers!'

✅ Many supplications and prayers of need have been narrated that can be performed to be saved from trials and difficulties, and the important thing is that we should not allow Satan to make us despair of divine mercy, even if the answer to our supplication takes a very long time!
✅ Note: The readers of this text, please perform the above narrations for the end of the days of the occultation of the Master as well, so that Insha'Allah, the relief is hastened.
