✅Answer: Consider the following narrations:

📚Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p.339

Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him) said: A prayer is not repeated except for five things: purification, time, Qibla, bowing (Ruku'), and prostration (Sujud).

📚Al-Dhikr, p.129

📚Masail Ali ibn Ja'far, p.161

Imam al-Kazim (peace be upon him) said regarding a person who hears the adhan and then performs Fajr but does not know whether dawn has occurred, except that he assumes it has due to the adhan: This is not sufficient until he knows that dawn has indeed occurred!

📚Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 2, p.254

Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him) said about a person who performed Fajr at night, deceived by moonlight (thinking it was dawn while it was moonlight), and then slept until the sun rose and later realized he prayed at night: He must repeat his prayer!

📚Al-Faqih, Vol. 2, p.121

Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him) said: The time of Maghrib prayer begins when the sun disappears. So if you prayed and then saw the sun after the prayer, you must repeat your prayer!

📚Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p.258

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Whoever prays outside its time, his prayer does not count!

📚Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p.523

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said in a narration: Indeed, no one should perform a prayer except at its prescribed time!

📚Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p.278

Zarara said: I asked Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him): What is the ruling for someone who prayed outside the Qibla or on a cloudy day outside the time? He said: He must repeat it!

📚Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 2, p.35

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: If you prayed thinking it was time while it had not yet entered, but during your prayer the time began, it is sufficient for you!

✅From the above and other narrations, it is clear that prayers performed before the proper time must be repeated, except for those where the person thought it was time but it had not yet entered, and during the prayer the time began — such prayers, and those performed after dawn, do not need repetition. However, prayers performed according to the official adhan based on astronomical morning but finished before legal Fajr must be repeated.
