Considering that based on scientific research, the weight of wastewater is 10% more than the natural weight of water due to its mixture with minerals and contamination with microbes, if changes occur in this kind of water in purification plants and the contaminated minerals and microbes are separated from it through physical, chemical, and biological operations, so that after complete purification, it becomes physically (color, smell, taste), chemically (contaminated minerals), and hygienically (harmful microbes and parasitic eggs) much healthier and better than the water of many rivers and seas, especially the water used for irrigation, does this water, which was impure before purification, become pure through the mentioned processes and does the ruling of Istihala (transformation) apply to it, or is it still considered impure after purification?

1 عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ الْمَاءُ يُطَهِّرُ وَ لَا يُطَهَّرُ.

📚Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 1

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said: Water purifies and is not purified!

2 عَنِ الثُّمَالِیِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِیُّ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ علیهما السلام إِنَّ دِینَ اللَّهِ لَا یُصَابُ بِالْعُقُولِ النَّاقِصَةِ وَ الْآرَاءِ الْبَاطِلَةِ وَ الْمَقَایِیسِ الْفَاسِدَةِ وَ لَا یُصَابُ إِلَّا بِالتَّسْلِیمِ فَمَنْ سَلَّمَ لَنَا سَلِمَ وَ مَنِ اهْتَدَی بِنَا هُدِیَ وَ مَنْ دَانَ بِالْقِیَاسِ وَ الرَّأْیِ هَلَکَ وَ مَنْ وَجَدَ فِی نَفْسِهِ شَیْئاً مِمَّا نَقُولُهُ أَوْ نَقْضِی بِهِ حَرَجاً کَفَرَ بِالَّذِی أَنْزَلَ السَّبْعَ الْمَثَانِیَ وَ الْقُرْآنَ الْعَظِیمَ وَ هُوَ لَا یَعْلَمُ.

📚Kamal al-Din, p. 324

Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) said: Indeed, the divine religion is not obtained with deficient intellects, false opinions, and corrupt analogies, and it is not obtained except with submission, so whoever submits to us is safe, and whoever seeks guidance through us is guided, and whoever practices religion with analogy and opinion is ruined, and whoever finds difficulty and feels restricted in his being regarding what we say and what we rule, while he himself does not know and is not aware, he has disbelieved in the one who revealed Surah Al-Fatihah and the Great Quran!

✅Water that has become impure with one or more impurities, on its own, has no way to be purified mentioned in the narrations, and it cannot be purified on its own. And the actions mentioned in the text of the question, although they may suggest to some with deficient intellects, false opinions, and corrupt analogies that they cause the water to become pure, none of them have religious validity for purifying impure water, and religious rulings are obtained solely by submitting to Allah and His proofs.
