✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:
📚 Al-Tahdhib Vol. 4, p. 89
Ishaq ibn Mubarak said: I asked Imam al-Kazim (peace be upon him) about 'zakat al-fitr', should it be given to one person or two? He said: Dividing it is more beloved to me!
I said: Can I give one person three 'sa'' and four 'sa''? He said: Yes!
📚 Al-Istibsar Vol. 2, p. 52
Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Do not pay to one person less than one head (i.e., less than the 'zakat al-fitr' of one person)!
📚 Al-Faqih Vol. 2, p. 178
Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: There is no problem for a person to give the 'zakat al-fitr' of two, three, or four people to one person!
📚 Al-Faqih Vol. 2, p. 178
📚 Al-Faqih Vol. 2, p. 179
Ali ibn Bilal said: I wrote to Imam al-Askari (peace be upon him): Is it permissible to give the 'zakat al-fitr' from a person's dependents, who are ten people or less or more, to one deserving person?

In a narration, Ishaq ibn Ammar asked Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) about 'zakat al-fitr' being given to one Muslim person; the Imam said: There is no problem!
✅From the above narrations, it is clear that:
1️⃣ A person can pay their own 'zakat al-fitr' and that of their dependents to one person.
2️⃣ A person can pay their own 'zakat al-fitr' and that of their dependents to several people, and according to narration 1, this is more virtuous.
3️⃣ One cannot pay a poor person less than the 'zakat al-fitr' of one person, which is one 'sa'' or its value. At least one 'sa'' or its value must be given to a poor person.
