✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narration:

📚 Al-Tahdheeb, vol. 2, p. 353

Ammar ibn Musa said: 'I asked Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, about the mistakes for which the two prostrations of forgetfulness are obligatory.'

The Imam said:

'When you intended to sit down (for the tashahhud) but stood up,'

'Or you intended to stand up but sat down,'

'Or you intended to recite (the chapter Al-Fatiha) but said the tasbih,'

'Or you intended to say the tasbih but recited (the chapter Al-Fatiha),'

'Then two prostrations of forgetfulness are on you!'

And regarding a person who intends to sit down (for the tashahhud) but stands up, but remembers before he takes any action or does anything new, he said: 'There are no prostrations of forgetfulness on him until he speaks something (for example, he says 'bi hawli Allahi wa quwwatihi aqumu wa aq'ud' or a part of it).'

And regarding a person who makes a mistake in prayer but forgets to perform the two prostrations of forgetfulness, he said: 'Whenever he remembers, he performs those two prostrations.....'

✅ It is clear from the above narration that if a person makes a mistake in the first and second rak'ahs, where he is obligated to recite the chapter Al-Fatiha, and begins the 'Tasbihat al-Arba'ah' (the fourfold tasbih), or in the third and fourth rak'ahs where he intends to say the 'Tasbihat al-Arba'ah' but makes a mistake and begins the chapter Al-Fatiha, or vice versa, he is obligated to perform two prostrations of forgetfulness.
